Qualifications:

• Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
• The job requires Female applicants only
• Minimum of 1 years working experience is required for this position.
• Applicants must be 23 to 39 years old
• Must be willing to work in Bangladesh
• With experience in DENIMS, WOVEN GARMENTS, PANTS, SHORTS, JACKETS, BLOUSES, TROUSERS etc.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the buyer’s regarding new designs for development.
• Compute fabric & accessory consumptions.
• Work on fabric & accessory approvals from the buyer.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding issuance of PO & monitor delivery.
• Directly Communicates with Offshore Manufacturers with regards to details on orders on hand.
• Providing the Manufacturer with all the details, specifications, designs, color, artworks to ensure there is no mistake in Bulk Production.
• Has experience in merchandising Garment Orders from International Buyers
• Has good knowledge on Product Development and Production Cycle such as Costing, Color Approval, and Comments.
• Can Analyze if a Purchase Order is already delayed based on buyers target delivery date and thus must coordinate with Production in order to meet target delivery date
• Monitor the flow of all the orders placed from raw materials, cutting, production, and shipment.
• Conduct Inline Inspection to ensure that the goods in process meet the standards requirements and specifications of the buyer
• Has experience in the Merchandising process from sourcing of supplier to delivery to buyer
