JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Have experience and knowledge of every fabrication step to make cheese
• Secure the quality of the product and the cheese process
• Be able to run different test (temperature test, acidity test, texture test)
• Change the receipe if they hane non conform product
• Manage team work
• Fill dataproduction and quality report
• Assure best fabrication practice

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 2 years working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
