JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• An understanding of commercial and domestic building maintenance, with a practical knowledge in carpentry, masonry, plastering and painting jobs
• Capacity to provide basic technical drawing and specifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING OVERSEAS
• Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields
