JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Bleeding of the cattle, loosening the skin of the cattle (loosening of skin from heads
• loosening of skin from limbs before re-hanging, loosening of skin from rumps after re-hanging, rectum processing, loosening of skin from chest/rib cage before skinning)
• skinning, evisceration (taking out the insides of the cattle, taking out the inner tallow)
• splitting the carcass (cutting in half and quartering - both cold carcasses and warm carcasses)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must be at least a High School graduate
• Profession: Slaughterhouse operator
• Specialization: Beef slaughtering
• Language capability: must be able to communicate in English
• Certificates: TESDA or Employment Certificate
