JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Attain sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales by maintaining the DSA.
• Assign sales target to sales representatives.
• Ensure that day to day tasks are done in accordance to standard operating procedures and policies.
• Help reduce expenses through effective management of consumables, electricity, utilities and other utilities.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Preside over staff meetings.
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
• Evaluate on-the-job performance of subordinates.
• Help monitor competitors.
• Help maintain VM standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years or more experience in retail industry, preferably in sports or retail apparel.
• A degree in business, management, or allied courses.
