- Strong experience in machine operation and machine maintenance.
- Conducting analysis on the accumulated data of yield and performance on human and equipment which are collected through the in-house smart E activities aimed for machine performance improvement and analyzing the root cause of the occurrence of the machine.
- Process improvement proposal and execution (safety, quality, efficiency).
- Experience in working in shifting schedule (Day and Night).
- Candidates must be a College Degree holder in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Having a Japanese Language skills is plus.
