Job Description:
- Must responsibilities include preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping, slicing, and filleting various kinds of fish, and placing orders for supplies as needed.
- Must have 2 years experience for sushi chef.
- must knowledgeable of various sushi types and sushi-rolling technique.
- 300 sr food allowance.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience is required.
- At least high school graduate.
