Job Description:

• Diagnosing and fixing problems with manufacturing machines and mechanical parts and working with machine operatives for machine set ups and change overs.
• Works with the Plant Manager to manage repair and maintenance activities in a cost effective and customer focused manner.
• Performs maintenance and repairs on all company machinery and equipment, including overhead cranes, lifts, light trucks, automobiles, and production equipment.
• Sets up and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule on all major machinery and equipment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years working experience is required.
• Must be at least a graduate of 4-year course.
• Must have previous experience in precast concrete industry.
• With excellent communication and people skills.
