👉 QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five years experience as Building Maintenance Supervisor.
- Knowledge in maintenance related aspects (carpentry, masonry, painting, plumbing, and electrical)
- With electro-mechanical work experience.
- With knowledge in Building Management System (BMS)
- Good communication skills & have a strong personality and leadership skills.
- Have a Driver's License.
- Able to direct, inspect, & monitor work performed by Maintenance Technician.
