Job Description:
- Prepare design & detailed workshop drawings relating to mechanical services plant, equipment, buildings or other structures as required.
- Complete CAD drafting of all contracted building services disciplines where required.
- Transform engineering designs into mechanical services drawings.
- Control maintain & prepare all documents, drawings and transmittals so that they can be easily retrieved.
- Coordinate documentation with all disciplines, structure architecture.
- Control drafting deliverables within timeframes & budgets.
- Maintain/Monitor the Engineering, Drafting & Manufacturing Schedule (EDM) and adjust in conjunction with the Project.
- Minimum three years’ industry experience.
- Engineering, Drafting or relevant qualification.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Cad Duct & Navisworks and Revit MEP desirable.
- Experience across a variety of projects in the residential, commercial and health sectors.
- Experience producing workshop drawings and 3D coordinated models of HVAC systems & plant rooms.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Excellent English Communication skills.
- At least verifiable 3 years employment.
