Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a concrete structure carpenter
✔️ Reading blueprints, drawings and sketches for concrete structures
✔️ Knowledge of PERI formwork and shoring (or similar – MEVA, DOKA, ALSINA, ULMA)
✔️ Good understanding of basic math
✔️ Good physical condition and endurance
✔️ Valid driver’s license (an advantage)
✔️ Ability to read and speak English.
✔️ Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed
✔️ Assembly and bracing of modular form system and scaffolding (and other common construction structures)
✔️ Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
✔️ Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
✔️ Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth (an advantage)
✔️ Ability to work with and without direct supervision
✔️ Prefer high school diploma or equivalent/higher
