Qualifications:
- Experience with HVAC Systems
- Ability to understand, supervise , teach and train different mechanical systems - including defence, Hospitals, commercial offices, Laboratories projects relating to HVAC piped and ducted services and related central plant
- Able to scope materials needed for remote location
- Aid site staff in performing high quality work
- Able to produce budgets
- Time management and finishing on time and to programme
- Aid setting up best practice procedures

- Must have extensive experience – 10+ Years
- Must have excellent communication skills and very high level of English as you will be managing staff internally and relationships with external parties as well (customer facing).
- Candidates with a background in quantity surveying and mechanical design before working in project/contract management would be suitable.
