- DEVELOP A SYSTEM AND TIME SCHEDULE FOR PLANTING VEGETABLES, HERBS AND OTHER PLANTS
- FOSTER AND GROW OUR GREENGOUSE BUSINESS, DEVELOP BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CHEFS, AND SUPPLY LOCALLY GROWN VEGETABLES, HERBS AND MICRO HERBS
- TEST AND MAINTAIN WATER QUALITY FOR GROWING
- MAINTAINING OR REPLACING HYDROPONIC EQUIPMENT
- MONITORING AND ORDER INFO SUPPLIES
